Advertising Cancellations
BBB and LENM endeavours to provide clear and informative information when you accept an advertising package so there is no confusion relating to the terms and conditions of a contract. There is a provision for a 7 day cooling off period for all advertising packages. Signed authorizations for advertising packages can not be cancelled after this time, and will constitute a breach of contract. If cancellation is unavoidable, then all costs incurred will be the responsibility of the canceling party.

Inability To Supply
In the event that any circumstances arise which means that BBB and LENM are unable to deliver (paid) service or merchandise, then we will notify the purchaser of this within twenty-four [24] hours of becoming aware of the inability. BBB agrees to reimburse the Purchaser any monies paid by you under this agreement.

Postage Handling and Delivery
BBB and LENM will notify the purchaser at the email address provided by you on the order form,  that your order has been dispatched.  All deliveries are conducted by Australia Post and/or their local and International agents. BBB and LENM insure the safe delivery of merchandise only as far to the address provided by you on the order form. BBB and LENM will replace any order at no cost to you, if we receive formal written notice from the delivering agent that the order has been damaged in transit. BBB and LENM must receive back the damaged goods in their entirety BEFORE they will dispatch the replacement order.
